The staff at Archers Coffee went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. When I requested an exchange for my coffee beans, they handled it with grace and efficiency, ensuring my satisfaction. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the entire interaction a delight.

Moreover, I was amazed by their extensive knowledge of coffee beans and brewing methods. The staff took the time to educate me on the various types of beans they offer and recommended the best ones based on my preferred brewing method. This personalized approach made me feel valued as a customer and enhanced my appreciation for the art of coffee.

While Archers Coffee may not be a traditional café, the inviting aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans permeates the air, creating a cozy atmosphere. Despite this, I couldn't resist indulging in a Cortado, and to my delight, the barista surprised me by offering it for free. This gesture exemplifies their commitment to exceptional customer service and goes to show that they truly prioritize customer satisfaction.

As a novice in the world of coffee, I appreciated the barista's willingness to share their expertise. They patiently guided me through the process of brewing coffee, recommending the best methods and beans for a flavorful experience.

I visited a couple of years ago when they opened and they were mostly selling coffee wholesale out of one warehouse. I already knew they were one of the best coffee projects in the UAE simply because they were one of the few stores that sold honey processed beans. Being able to procure something so rare that most specialty coffee shops have never even heard about gave them a mark of distinction and quality. Seeing them today I can safely say they are by far the best coffee project in the country. They have expanded to offer milk based coffee which is a natural direction for the whole coffee market to go, but to also offer competition series beans with a story behind the beans and instructions to follow is brilliant. Their team has won many trophies for their brewing so a visit is worth more than just buying their beans online. If beans is all you are after, they have a wide variety which now includes several varieties of honey processed beans and equipment for brewing.

If you are looking for an immersive coffee experience, punctuated by coffee Connoisseurs and a vibrant environment look no further. Josh greets you at the door with High octane energy, really showcasing that traditional Arabian hospitality. You are then met by Saad (more about him later) and moin that will endeavour to understand your coffee palette, what you favour in coffee and try to tailor recommendations. This is the followed by the mastery, watching them work their magic as they produce some of the finest filter coffee in the GCC. The coffee was delectable, the experience was enlightening, making for a wonderful trip out. Special props to Saad on his first week after being a loyal archers coffee drinker.
