Aylla Seafood Restaurant & Café​ — Restaurant in Dubai

We visited Aylla last night, it wasn’t the best experience. The place was too crowded @6:45PM which is totally understandable since it was a Sunday. We managed to find a table and we were sitting for like 15min asking the waiters to clean the table (food and leftovers from previous guests), then waiter exactly another 10 min and we kept on calling the servers but they just smile at you making you think someone will assist you. The manager or supervisor showed up we asked him about the promotion and he said that it’s AED 99 per person for fish and seafood, he said the tray doesn’t come with anything so you literally need to order rice salades and sauces, he didn’t even bother himself to get us Menus while we saw other table getting it. We order fatouch as well with large bottle of water, after they cleaned the table they brought us the salade with no place nor cutleries, after 15min they brought the seafood plate and I was still waiving agh the waiter to get us plates and cutteleries which was ridiculous…by the time they delivery it food was already cold… On another note, the plate wasn’t really as described : 4 mussels, 10 Shrimps and 7 fried fished and one grilled 🤦🏻‍♀️ when I asked if they provide more of the mussels of at least to change the fish with calamari the waiter said it is with additional charge. I didn’t manage to get picture of the tray when it arrived and I was hangry and angry since we didn’t have plates nor cutleries. i like the outside sitting area but again I will not recommend this place at ALL. I’d rather buy fish myself and get it done in the restaurants next to it then wasting my time asking for service and...

It is really a shame to write this review after what happened at the restaurant. We ordered food and waited for over an hour for the fish, after requesting the bill for the starters the Manager Mohamad Husseini insisted that the table is free and we will not be charged, then he insisted to stay and the food is done after 1h and 15mins, We accepted as food is cooked as per him and no need to waste it Food came and missing some of the orders Kids didn't eat after all this wait and half of the fish remained on table The manager got us a plate a fruit (free of charge as per him)

We requested the bill The bill came around 700aed including the food we didn't get.

The restaurant is not worth the time , food or experience

Staff are less for the size of restaurant and seats

It is a shame to see such management that didn't take an initiative to please the customer however hr did all what he can to make us wate for the food whosh was cooked after 1 hour and 15mins and him taking all the charged and us pay for half the qty we ate and received.

I have written this review to express that restaurants are all values and reviewed in their service as well which was below standard.

Not to be visited again...

its my 2nd time coming here as I personally highly recommended the place, however during my 2nd visit today and invited my new sets of friends I felt so bad and in shame because knowing that every monday ladies night offering free shisha but when we ask the waiter they said that they already stopped this offer and when he ask his other colleague he said this offer is only during off-peak season then thats fine but they should remove this to your instagram page and even A5 size standee place on the table as this misleading to every guest visiting this place. Even you're having an amazing ambiance but the service is misleading it's completely a bad experience. Although they gave us the offer of free shisha the waiter told us just only for today since we're here already but we need to purchase 30aed per head but thats not the essence of coming here its all about the experience and bringing and recommending my colleague here otherwise there's a lot of cafe here in Dubai. Hoping this review will reach the right person and acknowledge this feedback.
