We came to this hotel for just one day, for a short staycation. The service at the poolside restaurant is terrible — or rather, completely nonexistent. We waited for an hour just to get sunbeds. In the end, they didn’t give us any by the pool, only downstairs. For exactly an hour and a half, not a single staff member approached us. In fact, there were no staff downstairs at all. Even after I waved and asked for a menu, no one came to us for another 45 minutes. It’s as if that part of the area, down by the lawn, is completely ignored by the staff.

Later, when I went upstairs and saw that several sunbeds had become available, I asked if we could move our things there. They told me someone was supposed to come. I don’t understand this policy or the complete lack of service. We weren’t even offered water the entire time. This is absolutely not up to five-star standards. It really takes effort to ruin someone’s mood and desire to stay in just a few hours — but they managed.

What’s special about place: atmosphere is amazing, you can have all day meal here with the live music. End of every month they will be having open air cinema night, which you can enjoy
