A Haven of Exceptional Hospitality: A Review of Radisson Hotel Damac Hills

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Hotel Damac Hills with my family and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for the entirety of my stay.

The staff at Radisson Damac Hills exude professionalism and warmth in equal measure. They anticipate your needs before you even realize them, always ready with a friendly smile and a willingness to assist.

The breakfast experience at the Radisson Damac Hills was also exceptional. The restaurant offered a diverse menu of delicious dishes, each prepared with care and attention to detail. The servers were knowledgeable and attentive, making dining at the hotel a true delight. A special shout out to the team which was headed by Trivedi; Ankita, Amina, Susan & Nadeesha, thank you for going above and beyond and making our stay extra special! We miss you! Great buffet. Enquired if we could take some pastry at breakfast to go, and were told no. We complied but asked if the food would be wasted and what the food waste policy was, as we couldn't finish it all at once. We were told the food would indeed be wasted. The hostess explained thoroughly then returned a couple of times to repeat the message which eventually made the experience uncomfortable. An additional hostess who was seating guests came deliberately to the table to repeat the same message at that point we were already leaving the table with the food left on the table. I had no idea that I would have had such nice breakfasts every morning in my business trip! Let’s start with staff. They are so attentive, if you come to breakfast more than once, they don’t even ask you who you are. They remember everything! They always asking for our experience. Tables and food area is clean. They have some painting before you get in the restaurant. The breakfast… They have a nice design with main dishes, sides, desserts, kitchen, hot beverages, cold beverages, pastry, nuts… Delicious and fresh. They have organic and fresh juices as well.
