Had an unpleasant experience today. My kids party was at a nearby venue from 10-12. We ordered the cake 5 days ago and requested delivery between 10-11 am today. At 11 we realized still no cake so I had to go to check , and they had no clue about where it was initially. I spent a quarter of my kids party in there while they tracked down the driver who was out making deliveries elsewhere. He finally showed up after 12. Luckily the venue that was hosting the party had flexibility to let us have the cake cutting up till 12:30, but some guests couldn't stay. When I went to settle things, the staff were not empowered to make any concessions except verbal apologies. The guy i spoke on the phone is completely useless, i order 6 pieces of what i wanted, tells me they only have 3 because they don't get more from the production. They always have good, tasty, light cakes. Not too sweet and heavy in the gut. We were searching for this branch in Sustainable City and for some weird reason, Waze was showing us a different way (through a restricted access road) and we thought maybe it's in that plaza that we noticed upon coming in Sustainable City. And yes it was there. We informed the staff about it and he said he also informed the same to his management I guess, because we were the 3rd customer to somewhat have "gotten lost".
