KFC — Restaurant in Dubai

I try and eat healthy and never do take outs, but today I had such a craving for KFC and was so happy to see this branch on my way home. I buy KFC purely for the crispy skin. The chicken was so badly over cooked, the minute I saw the colour I knew it was going to be dry. The skin was hardly there and just crumbled as you touched it. The breast was so dry I could not swallow it, even the thigh was dry. How do you dry out a chicken thigh? The chips had no salt on it and there was none given with the order. They took my bank card out of my site and actually walked away, which made me very uncomfortable. Saying the machine is not working. Then I was asked to back my car up half a meter while waiting for my order, no other car in the line in front or behind me. It made absolutely no sense but I did it. Looking at the reviews on here I can see most of the chicken is overcooked and very dark colour so maaybe its just not my preference but other KFC in Dubai doesnt do it this way, this place will not see me again. I am a KFC lover, and in fast food I will go for KFC always. First time I had in 2005 till now. I never had any issue with my order.. TODAY WHEN I WAS AT THIS BRANCH I HAD GIVEN MY ORDERED AND CLEARLY MENTION COLD DRINK WITHOUT ICE I DO NOT KNOW WHAT’S WRONG WITH THE LADY STAFF I PAID FOR THE REGULAR MEAL. I had a very bad experience today at the KFC outlet in ENOC Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, located in Dubai Park Resorts towards Abu Dhabi. I ordered two chicken zinger supremes costing AED 47.00. Upon receiving the order, the sandwich was cold, and the chicken was extremely dry. When I informed the staff, they replaced the sandwich, but the new one, though hot, had chicken that seemed not fresh, possibly stored for a long time and reheated hastily. After eating half the sandwich, I detected an unpleasant taste in the oil, leading me to spit it out.
