We paid a lot of money for 6 tickets, food, drinks and taxi to visit to Dubai parks Motion Gate and Real Madrid. We got in a buggy after finishing at Motion Gates to go to Real Madrid. As I was coming out of buggy due to a large screw loose in the buggy I cut my knee badly. We reported to Guest Services, medic advised I should get tetanus due to my diabetes and hypertension when we go back home and not get in water. I was unable to walk so my family decided to leave the park. We asked for refund but staff on the desk were very unhelpful and showed no sympathy as I could not even walk. They did not even offer a bottle of water. We asked for manager, when he turned up he was unbelievably RUDE and started shouting at my family and threatened to call police on us! His name was Mjid. No apology from him or his team at any point. He started saying we’ll sack the buggy company. That was not our concern as customers we paid for parks and we had to leave due to punctured wound and bleeding in my leg. We asked to speak to upper management he refused to call his manager and said no one will come to talk to us. In the end higher manager did come we were asked to fill a report and we left. No refund has been offered. We will be escalating this to Dubai Tourism. This place is to be avoided, H&S is poor! Management are worst ever! We’ve been to Dubai parks 5 times previously it’s gone Downhill! OVERPRICED and OVERHYPED Rest of my vacation is ruined because of Dubai park’s incompetence. I cannot go in water with my knee being hurt due to no fault of mine. Staff have No respect or responsibility for customers welfare AVOID AVOID - This place has gone downhill! Very bad customer service. This horrible man Majd kept shouting at my family! That’s definitely not how I’ve known Dubai for the past 20 years that we’ve visited. Dubai Parks are rubbing Dubai’s name in dirt by treating international guests with discrimination!

Update your website! Offers shown there do not apply anymore! Misleading Hopefully I will be heard, I bought the annual pass all parks included, the past 12 March, 3 annual passes, for my son, wife, and myself, I was told by the person that sold the passes to us that day, that the silver pass difference from the gold one was public holidays, I requested an explanation about it and the given answer was, “ public holidays, like Ramadan, eid, national day like this only” and yes I was told about the extra 50 AED to be paid if visiting the parks during this time, but that was ALL EXPLANATION GIVEN nothing else added, I even asked, is that the only difference? That’s it?, the person said yes that all, so I bought them and paid, now today Friday 31 March, I see this paper with specific dates, person there acting rude too said to us, this is new updated policy, if you come this days you have to pay extra 50 AED, and then ignored us. I wasn’t explained nothing of this the day I bought my passes or shown this “policy” everything was verbal and I trust of course what the person on the counter has to say because they are supposed to be trained for customer service too, i am upset that I wasn’t given further explanation about the pass differences in deep that day and I am kindly requesting to upgrade my current annual passes to the gold passes I have no problem paying the difference for the upgrade, but take action into my case please as this matter is considered bad costumer service by initial seller, and today person at the counter acting rude

Today, my family and I visited Riverland with our children and had the intention of enjoying a peaceful breakfast at McDonald's. However, our morning was unfortunately disrupted by an unpleasant encounter with one of your staff members at the front ticketing area named Kumar Naresh, who works under Legoland. When we approached Mr. Naresh to inquire about the operating hours of McDonald's, he inaccurately informed us that it was closed until 1pm. Contrary to his statement, the security personnel informed us that the restaurant was indeed open, leading to confusion. It was concerning to find out that an employee at the front desk was not knowledgeable about the establishment's operating hours. Additionally, when we sought clarification regarding ticket requirements as in-house guests at Rove Hotel, the security personnel advised us that there was no need to purchase tickets. However, Mr. Naresh rudely intervened and insisted that we purchase tickets with a sense of entitlement that was both disrespectful and unprofessional. This behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that your theme parks strive to maintain. Dubai Parks and Resorts holds a special place in our hearts, and we have visited numerous times over the years. It is disheartening that our recent experience was marred by such treatment. We feel compelled to escalate this matter to the higher management to ensure that incidents like these do not reoccur and tarnish the reputation of your esteemed establishment.

Dubai park and resorts have 4 parks inside. 1. Bollywood park 2. Legoland 3. Legoland water theme park 4. Motion gate I have visited Legoland and Motion gate in 1 day. Legoland attractions are mainly for kids. Mini land is amazing. It has many buildings like Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Burj Khalifa, pyramids, Burj Al Arab, Kuwait Tower etc built using Legos. Most of the rides in Legoland are outdoor. Not advisable to visit during summer. Not allowed to take Food and beverages inside. Foods and drinks inside are expensive. Small water bottle(around 500ml) cost 25 Aed with free first refill free. Each refill cost Aed 2. Motion gate has Columbia pictures, Smurfs village, DreamWorks, Lions gate and Hollywood. Columbia pic has attractions like Hotel Transylvania (tour), Underworld (4D show), Ghost Buster (shooting the ghost), River Expedition, Roller coaster. Smurf village is mainly for kids. Has some playing option for kids and Smurfs studio tour. DreamWorks have some good attractions like Kung Fu Panda, Madagascar, Dragon and Shrek. Kung Fu Panda has 3D simulator ride which is very good. Can be enjoyable for kids and adults. Madagascar has a high speed roller coaster mostly in the dark. It will accelerate fast so be careful. Dragon had a suspended rollercoaster. Shrek has fairytale story (dark ride) Lions gate has Bullet train (Rollercoaster) and 4D Aerial tour simulator. Good for kids and adults.

For excitement, jaw-dropping shows, adrenaline-pumping rides and endless movie-themed fun for the entire family at Dubai Parks and Resorts. Sprawling over 25 million square feet (about the size of a small country), Dubai Parks and Resorts™ is home to MOTIONGATE™ Dubai, BOLLYWOOD PARKS™ Dubai, LEGOLAND ® Dubai and LEGOLAND ® Water Park, the region’s first splash-tactic destination for families with kids aged 2 – 12. Each theme park is bursting with unbelievable entertainment for little (and big) ones…meet the Smurfs, dance with the animals from Madagascar, go on wild rides through magical worlds inspired by every kid’s favorites movies and pure imagination, the list goes on and on! Motion Gate is the Most Awesome park from all the others. Here there is one ride for everyone, you just need to find your favorite one. I personally like the DreamWorks area (Madagascar rollercoaster and the dragon gliders ride are wonderful). The smurfs village is really cute but don't let that fool you. Try the smurfs rollercoaster to gauge exactly how great this place is. The Hunger games rollercoaster (capitol bullet train) is only for the bravest of us! The Transylvania ride is great for families and the Zombie blast off is the best if you want a great view while screaming your lungs out!! The Kung Fu panda academy and king Julien's parade is great fun for kids. Definitely going back again!!
