This branch is by far the worst dinning experience I’ve experienced in 2021 it happened by the last day of year 31st of December.
The staff here are clueless they are rude they don’t seem to care about speed of delivery of food to table and they don’t seem interested overall we witnessed two tables sitting then leaving because of the slow service “The restaurant was only 20% occupied at the time”
Many menu items were not available including Fatayer with cheese nabulsi which is a signature dish they offer the waited excuse was that we are moving kitchens ( I mean what on earth does that have to with me as a diner in your restaurant )
Everything was slow it’s unlike any other branch even the food was totally different in a bad way:
The bread dough wasn’t done write as the fresh bread kept breaking to pieces in our hands.
The egg wasn’t done the same like other branches.
The overall experience was way too bad to recommend this branch to anyone.
I’m giving the two stars just for the nice little...
