Mawlana Turkish Cuisine — Restaurant in Dubai

BAD service and HEALTH violations. I invited a friend visiting from abroad We were served dirty, plates with dark flakes on them. The restaurant was near empty but we still waited 10 minutes to get the water. Food took forever to prepare and the meat was overcooked. We asked for more bread and it was never served. I asked for the manager to raise our concerns and was told he does not show up until 5:00pm. I approached a guy wearing a white shirt, he said his name was Mustafa and he is the cashier. I told him I was having a bad experience and needed to talk to someone. He said it was not his responsibility. Then he turned around, handled some cash and went over to the counter and carried and served the food to our table without washing or sanitizing his hands. I pointed the problem out. He said sorry in a careless manner and left. Our dirty plates were never removed.

The only exception was Wali, the guy tending the bar who noticed and right after our meal he came and apologized, offered us some tea and spoke with us. He tried to make things better but he lacked the authority to take action and have other staff members do the same.

There are serious issues in this restaurant and good management...

appearance# the first thing which i really enjoyed is the appearance of the restaurant, really unique and well maintained place.

#safety measure# they have used all the necessary precautions for covid-19

1. all the staffs and cooking staffs were wearing mask, gloves.

1. Cop Shish: grilled beef skewers, Rice , homemade fries, Lava bread, grilled tomatoes and peppers. Really amazing in taste and good flavors

2. Chicken Breast: tender chicken breast with Rice , homemade fries, Lava bread, grilled tomatoes and peppers. This mouth watering and flavors full dish please try this as well. #beverage#

3. Mojito: its amazing in taste and you will be refreshed

Alhamdulillah, I finally found a restaurant that serves authentic Turkish cuisine that is truly delightful.

I ordered a steak with a mix of roasted vegetables, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes. While waiting for my meal, I was served traditional Turkish bread, which was absolutely delicious. It was soft and warm, with a rich, toasted aroma. Every bite was a pleasure to savor.

Finally, my steak arrived. I had requested it to be cooked medium. MasyaAllah, the taste was extraordinary, a special sensation in my mouth. I was amazed at how incredibly flavorful the meat was. I tried pairing each bite with the roasted vegetables and potatoes. MasyaAllah, it felt like an explosion of flavors in my mouth—each bite bursting with the freshness of the vegetables, without overshadowing the delicious taste of the steak.

This evening was truly special for me. I am deeply grateful to have found such a cozy restaurant. The service was warm, with smiles and greetings all around. The waiter, Muhammad, was particularly attentive and didn’t hesitate to provide excellent service.
