I don't know how to rate my experience... A part of me loved it another part annoyed by it.
The team here are all professional and friendly, top service overall. They will do whayt ever you need to make you happy.
However, the breakfast was a let down, options are there but after 21 days it gets really boring dull and flavourless. The fact that there is only Filter coffee was a big let down. The silly lady that worked there told me that they don't serve instant coffee or espresso, I should get my coffee satchels from the room if I want other than their lame filter coffee: "No sir these are good beans we make espresso from the beans we use to make this filter coffee" to which my response was "very crappy coffee my dear", I mean wanting instant coffee over their options tells you much!! However the rest of the team is great in all honesty but they feel a bit intimidated for some reason lol.
On to the reception team, all great people and good at talking & greeting.
The valet team, God bless them - I did argue with one of them on my first day, wanted to go out after 10pm he said to me it's my problem and my headache later on to get parking, not his problem after 10pm, which was pretty frustrating. I spoke to the management the next day to which they were very apologetic on his behalf and assured me to not worry about that incident, it's the valet responsibility hence forth. After two weeks of my stay seeing how every customer fights with them I felt really bad for them, what a nasty and tough position they are in. 36 parking spots only for a hotel with 300+ rooms đ yes their life is hell. To that I extend my gratitude and appreciation to all the valet team, and I shall name them one by one: Mr. Aamer, Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Pir, Mr. Yar and finally Mr. Saleem the least friendliest person among them but that night every guest was pushing him left right and centre. Well done boys keep it up and be patient, I really don't envy you guys at all đ
Last but not least, Mr.Nakash, thank you for making my stay pleasant good Sir, it was an honour to stay at your hotel. My regards to the rest of the reception team: Mr. Roshan, Miss Madona, Mr. Sofiane. And of course the security team, especially Mr. Gabriel, Mr Atef, Mr Essam, and finally Mr Salam or Sharif from Uganda (don't remember his name exactly, a young well-spoken gentleman, spoke Arabic fluently, met him the first three days of my stay), very pleasant and always greet me with a smile when they see me.
Thank you guys for an interesting experience. Overall loved it but the start was a bit bumpy; just got God's sake please work on your breakfast, I am not putting down the Chef team or undermining their ability to cook, I am sure they are all lovely, talented and they have a lot to show for but maybe the hotel budget dictated such quality hence my message goes out to the hotel management and not the cooking team.
P.S. the smell outside, I know it's not your fault but God help you this has got to be fixed I am sure you have raised this issue with Dubai's municipality more than once as all the area suffers from the sewer smell at night and early in...

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our group. The hotelâs proximity to Dragon Mart was also convenient, allowing our guests to explore the area with ease.
