I reached the drive thru window 20minutes before 11am. The crew took the order and I paid the bill. Waited 15 minutes to get to the next window to collect my order only to be told by the crew that they have now changed the menu to regular - burgers, nuggets, etc. That is 5 minutes before 11am, since 11am is the cut off time of breakfast menu. And I was told that I have to place a different order because they changed their menu 5 minutes before the cut off time to note that I placed my order and paid 20 minutes before 11. We went for a drive thru past 1am of 11Nov..ordered chicken wings.hot choco and large fries..after taking our order and paying , we were asked to park and wait while they prepare our order. After around 2 to 3 minutes our order came, but to our dismay, the fries was cold and soft. Receipt was also not inside the paper bag..however got the proof of purchase. Is this the reason why we were offered to use the app promo, to give us this bad quality of fries? If so, we are willing to pay on normal price but with good food quality.
