McDonald's — Restaurant in Dubai

Worst experience from arrogant and rude staff attitude by service crew Surendar. We tried to place order thru drive in, only thing instead of ordering on speaker we preferred to place order service crew at 2nd window. Did we do some blunder to order as per our convenience?? When we approached surendar on service window, he did not bothered to even open the window quickly till we horned for 3 times. Finally he open window and started behaving rudely, stating you are suppose to order on speaker, don't come here directly, next time you must order there only. Ridiculous..! We are waiting out in scotching heat & avoided to open window at speaker as my baby was sleeping in car. His approach was very disrespectful. I felt as if we went on counter to beg for a free burger...! We tried to speak to him that he must not be so rude to a client, he acted more rude and gave damn to what we were trying to explain. While we tried to bring it to the notice of duty manager Ram, he simply heard to what we addressed and said he will check with fake irritating smile on his face which clearly showed that he was least bothered to take action, nor bothered to apologize on behalf of his crew. Neither was Ram duty manager or service crew Surendar were apologetic nor empathetic. We never ever experience such disgusting treatment from MC Donald for past 13 years. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!! IT'S NOT UP TO FOOD QUALITY STANDARDS AND A HAZARD TO EVERYONE EATING THERE. I've been ordering from there quite some times. The quality is not up to standard of this MC Donalds location, every single time. Fries are not fried long enough, very oily, weak and cold. I never in my life had disgusting Nuggets in Mc Donalds, but even this location knows to mess up Nuggets. I've had beef burgers with very smelly, and bad meat in it (like it's out of date).

I've got very sick of this Mc Donalds location a few times now. And as enclosed you can see what their chicken wings even look like. The smell was awful and the taste even worse. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
