Mystic India Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

We ordered vada pav, bhajiya pav and dabeli, we clearly mentioned to put extra sweet chutney in everything as they make all the food items extra spicy that a person will just die of spice, when we received the order...everything was made hell spicy as it used to be...neither the person who accepted the order in the restaurant nor the chef read the instructions mentioned in noon, now the 2nd mistake was the bhajiya pav was given with onion rings fried without salt inside the pav...these are the onion rings usually used in salad, when I was asking the chef who made this, he mentioned we make it this way all the time.. I told him last time you gave potato slice bhajiya and this time its onion...he was mute as he did not had any answer. I was expecting atleast an apology from him which was also missing in the telephonic conversation. My advice to the restaurant owner is to make the chef understand the meaning of each and every food item and should understand how it is made and served, there is a lot for you guys to understand and improvise, this will be my last time with Mystic for...

I'm in Dubai for higher education and our college has given us stay in International City Chine Cluster. I, being a pure vegetarian, had certain doubts before coming here, as International City is far from Dubai land mark areas where I can get Indian food I can survive easily with. However, I found this place quite near to hostel, serving pure veg tasty homely food, with adequate spices and maintaining good hygiene.

Further, the staff is very cooperative and friendly, manager Vinayak and the whole team deserves all the praise. Mystic India is perfect blend of healthy tasty good food and good hospitality. I started with breakfast packages, then lunch, then evening snack and now I eat 3-4 times a day from Mystic India on regular basis. Vinayak Anna understands our cravings towards varieties and serves to the best they can! Thanks a lot Team...

Your health is important. Never order from this restaurant.

We order couple of item like idle and many more . The idle has a smell of detergent, soap and it’s very nasty.

When I informed them , the manager of the restaurant is saying it’s perfect by checking in 5 second and just ignoring.

I would be raising and complaint now to food and health department of Dubai to check the restaurant and seal this kind of restaurant offer a very bad quality food in Dubai and spoiling...
