After a long time we have visited Nay. Initially I was skeptical about the quality of food as I tend not to trust restaurants that they have pictures in their menus. As a general review: Atmosphere: could be a bit better, as it seems quite "cold" and lacks identity. Don't even atempt to go inside the smoking area as your eyes will bleed from the shisha smell. Service: this is where they actually impressed. The service was exactly the way that I would expect in any restaurant: someone always available, straight to the point, food came on time and when we had an issue with one of the item ordered, they just asked for the reason, apologized, returned to the kitchen (they actually tasted it which is a big plus) and asked us what we would want in exchange. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Food: everything came out hot and on time, food was seasoned perfectly and everything tasted good. We had an issue with one item (found it quite salty), but that was adressed by the staff immediately. 2 stars for food taste, and an additional star for the waitresses. They are helpful, but even though the restaurant looks nice as an aesthetic, I think eating dinner here is not optimal. I ordered mix grilled BBQ and the meat was VERY oily and filled with fat. I decided to visit again to give it another chance, still yet succeeded to disappoint me.

Grilled chicken had a bad smell like the chefs aren’t really qualified for such exotic meals? I understand it may be of lower quality since it’s in the middle of the desert but still, shouldn’t mean that they could care less about the food quality/taste.

I have yet to try the Shisha and I will then write another review... This place is good for a small coffee/cake but not to bring all your friends to for dinner/lunch. Should have kept it as Nay Cafe only.
