Qasr Al Hira Kitchen — Restaurant in Dubai

I would suggest everyone to steer clear of this kitchen. I chatted with them during the afternoon about the delivery of Ramadan meal kit and they confirmed over phone and on WhatsApp chat. When I tried calling them initially, no one bothered to pick up my calls. I tried 10-15 times before finally getting a call back. Later, someone responded and was quite rude during their communication. Initially, he claimed there was no order placed for me and ended the call. The second time, another person picked up the phone and informed that it's out for delivery and will be delayed, but when I asked them by what time they would deliver, he hung up the call and again no one was answering my calls. Trying for 10 minutes as I was waiting for the meal for Iftar.Five to six individuals responded to the call, each with unique responses. The last call was made after 15 minutes, and the person on the phone informed me that it would be delivered after Iftar. This is truly astonishing! What will I do with that meal after Iftar? These gentlemen are absolutely unacceptable. I would like to speak to the owner of this kitchen.

A take-away and delivery place for chicken biryani and mutton pulao. The food is extremely cheap and decent in taste. The only catch is that they give the food wrapped in foil inside plastic bags. We usually order from there when we have a large gathering, like a party at our construction site. This place stands out from other kitchens because of their taste and nice customer service. They also have a membership card which they stamp once for each meal you buy and will give thr 10th meal free! The only issue is that this place is on the service lane and I missed it the first time I went there and had to go around. Also, the car park is not exactly in front of this place and you'd have to park a bit further up at the shopping center which is next...

I previously left a bad review in regards to the costumer service of this restaurant that was negative. Staff were ignoring me completely.

I am now changing it to a positive review because the owner of the restaurant actually called me and rectified the problem. He was very candid and professional and assured that such issues hopefully wouldn’t happen again.
