Upon attempting to place a phone order, I was shocked to find that my call was unceremoniously dropped. This not only reflects poorly on the restaurant's communication infrastructure but also left me frustrated as a customer. Furthermore, despite being a long-standing patron of your establishment, the individual who answered my call, a person named Rizwan, did not take my order and seemed disinterested in assisting me.

This experience has left me questioning the level of customer service at your restaurant, especially considering my history as a regular customer.
