So, we just had dinner at Russo’s New York Pizzeria in Springs Souk, and overall, it was a pretty satisfying experience! We arrived around 7 pm with a party of 5 and found the place quite busy. Thankfully, the staff was accommodating and seated us promptly at a temporary table until a larger booth opened up.
First off, the Buffalo Wings were a hit. We tried both BBQ and Parmesan flavors. Personally, I loved the sweet and tangy BBQ wings, though the Parmesan ones were a tad salty for my taste. The wings were a great start to the meal.
Next, onto the pizzas. The Burrata pizza was a standout—creamy and flavorful, it won over everyone at the table. The Pepperoni pizza, while good, didn’t quite stand out from other options we’ve tried elsewhere.
The Tex Grilled Chicken was another winner. It was well-seasoned and came with a refreshing side salad that balanced out the flavors perfectly. It was a favorite among us for sure.
Unfortunately, not everything hit the mark. The Chicken Tuscan sandwich, despite being a staff recommendation, wasn't quite to our liking. It had a strong mushroom flavor that overpowered the sandwich itself, making it feel more like a main course than a sandwich filling.
The pasta dishes looked good, but we skipped it since we had pasta for lunch.
Lastly, we had planned to try the Cannoli and Tiramisu for dessert, but we were too stuffed from all the delicious mains. Guess that just gives us a reason to come back!
The restaurant doesn’t have its own restroom but was near the mall restroom, so it wasn’t a problem. The atmosphere was great, too. It wasn’t loud or anything despite families with little children dining in. Our entire order was served almost at the same time, so everything we ate were either warm or piping hot.
Overall, Russo’s New York Pizzeria provided a pleasant dining experience with standout dishes like the Burrata pizza and BBQ wings. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
I added their menu I found online on the way there, in case anyone’s wondering about the price point and menu...

I’ve been to Russo’s New York Pizzeria twice in the past year, and both visits were nothing short of delightful! 😍 If you’re a pizza lover or a fan of hearty Italian-American dishes, this place is a must-visit. Russo’s serves up authentic New York-style pizzas that are not only delicious but also give you that perfect cheesy, crispy, and flavorful bite every single time. 🍕✨
Their Chicken Parmesan Pasta deserves a special mention – it’s absolutely divine! 🍝❤️ Perfectly cooked pasta, tender chicken, and a rich, flavorful sauce make it one of my go-to dishes. It’s comfort food at its finest, and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for something hearty.
During our last visit, we were lucky to be served by Chris, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. 😊 His excellent service made our dining experience even better. It's always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Chris really went the extra mile to ensure we had a great time. 🙌
One thing I love about Russo’s is that they always have great offers running! 💸 Don’t forget to check out the Entertainer app because they often have deals there, which makes it even more affordable to enjoy their amazing food. Whether you’re dining in with family or friends or grabbing a pizza for takeaway, it’s a great value for the quality and portions you get.
The ambiance at Russo’s is warm and inviting, perfect for casual lunches or dinners. The Springs Souq location is also super convenient, with plenty of parking and a relaxed vibe. 🌟

Read moreWhenever it’s about Pizza, it’s the inner me screaming I’m in. We are deliberately and keenly inclined towards pizza parties and fun eating. So, our voyage stopped today at Russo’s the house of Italian flavors and new recipes. They’re introducing 8 new recipes this season one in each month successively. Till now they have covered 3 towns of Italy and the best adopted taste that they could bring to their kitchen. So, we started with the salad which was supremely delicious as it was only cheese. Like cheese within more cheese commonly known as “burrata” in Puglia Italia. The globe of cheese was settled on a bed of fresh tomatoes and this assembly gave us enthralling vibes all the time. Second was the ultimately delish dish “Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina.” It was beyond delicious and trust me you can’t guess the main ingredient even after finishing the whole plate. It’s a must try. Third was “Penne Alla Siciliana” it’s Penne pasta with feta cheese and hint of egg plant. So it’s another delicious treat for egg plant n pasta lovers. We also tried their special Spicy Chicken pizza with broccoli topping and it was exceptionally delectable. Not to forget their Strawberry mojito and pineapple paradise drinks which were really refreshing and mouthwatering. Overall we had a great time there. Met with their talented chef Ali who was responsible for making everything super yummy and was really humble too. Their manager and other staff was very kind and they’re making the whole environment of the restaurant extra cozy and welcoming. It’s a must visit place and must taste dishes. I’d...
