Starbucks — Restaurant in Dubai

AC not working during the most hot summer days, 🤯 and the two staffs are not bothered about customers but would rather chit chat and drink their own coffee instead of helping or even asking client if they need anything. Had to call out to the the staff 4 times to get their attention when there wasn’t anyone and When I asked isn’t there any AC working inside they just stood there and said you can go out and sit and didn’t even bother to apologize for inconvenience caused. The Tiramisu frappe ordered was made soo bad and with too much sugar almost felt pukish… such bad customer service from this store is the first experience I have had from SB …. I am very disappointed with the service I received at your store . First, I was given the wrong order, and on top of that, I was charged extra. When I asked for a refund, instead of resolving the issue she charged me for two more drinks. Although she attempted to process the refund, she clearly did not know what she was doing, and I ended up being charged for a total of four drinks. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expect Starbucks to ensure that staff are properly trained to handle orders and refunds correctly. I kindly request a full refund of the incorrect charges and an explanation of how this mistake will be prevented...

Had a wonderful Christmas. Such an amazing experience this time at Starbucks. Mesmerizing taste and hospitality at its core. Delicious caramel frappe, turkey and cheese pretzel sandwich yet chasing my taste buds. The Starbucks downstreet had a really tranquil environment and great for having a hot coffee on a cold winter day. I love the sparkling bottled water and the painting on the walls which give me a feel of satisfaction. A relaxed and comforting environment to provide on a happy day.
