Fantabulous!!! Good food...Good mood.. Its just bliss on a plate!!!

We wanted to invite few of our friends in a cozy place serving authentic food. Restrictions being eased down a bit but still during this pandemic time, we also needed to ensure that all safety checks are in place for a hangout place we choose. Checked all reviews for ChefsLine Restaurant and saw that it was constantly @ 5 stars.

Restaurant team suggested us for a Chinese menu for the night and how amazed we were. From the interior decor..to the garnishing on the plate...our taste buds did get a reset after a long time...Chef Si-joy explained every intricate detail on the plate and he was more than ready to go that extra mile to dish up according to our requirements. Customer service at its very best!! Special thanks for Mr.Ajoi for setting all this up.

Man.. we just love this place and definitely would come back for more!

I decided to try Chef’s Line for their charcoal chicken despite reading negative reviews. However, my experience was beyond disappointing. Upon entering, I chose an empty, non-reserved table. Several other customers arrived after me, yet a waiter suddenly approached and asked me to vacate my seat. When I questioned why, he claimed the table was reserved—but admitted he had "forgotten" to place a reserved sign, which was clearly a dishonest excuse.

I asked where I should sit instead, but he had no answer. Frustrated by the lack of professionalism, I decided to leave. What’s worse, the owner seemed completely indifferent to the situation. This was hands down one of the worst displays of customer service and behavior I’ve ever encountered. Wouldn’t...

The restaurant situated in Dubai International City Phase 2 . The ambiance and setup of the restaurant is outstanding.

I visited for dinner with my friends. We were delighted by the authentic South Indian dishes. The spices and flavors were extremely impressive.

When we arrived at 7:00 p.m., we were ordered food. When we placed the food order we were served with a complimentary vegetable clear soup as starter , which was extremely good ever I consumed before. Food were served in stipulated time. It was delicious.

The service was excellent and staffs are very friendly.

Overall, I enjoyed our experience. I’d love to visit again. I'd recommend it as a nice place to go with friends, family,...
