Zaatar W Zeit — Restaurant in Dubai

I wanted to share my excellent feedback & for the amazing breakfast I had in Zaatar w Zeit - Festival Plaza branch in Dubai next to IKEA ).

I always take the breakfast on Sunday’s with my son to enjoy the Sunday relaxing day off and then breakfast always in Zaatar w Zeit.

The special thing in Zaatar & Zeit that the amazing waiter(Mr.Jigme) knows my order through the wonderful manager Ms.Jemily and they are taking care of me and looking for all the customers as well with patience & professional attitude.

Mr.Jigme & Ms.Jemily are really outstanding waiter & manager and they are completing each other to get the best service with very special food as you order it ,anybody can really enjoy & trust that you will eat delicious food as you exactly ordered without any mistakes or to return the dish because of the amazing combination of the waiter specially Mr.Jigme and Ms.Jemily as a restaurant manager.

Mr.Jigme and Ms.Jemily are really professional knowing all the items in the menu to explain to you everything in details. They are taking care of my order with perfect service and selections and perfect portions , thanks a lot Mr.Jigme (The amazing waiter ) & Ms.Jemily(the wonderful restaurant manager) for your both amazing smile all the time and your professional hard working.

I was so happy and always happy everytime I eat in Zaatar w Zeit - Festival plaza branch in Dubai - not only because of the food but the staff encouraging me to come back all the time specially someone like Jigme & Ms.Jemily.

I had the pleasure of dining at Zaatar W Zeit in Dubai Festival Plaza, and I must say, the experience was exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Rad Jina and Jimmy. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home.

Rad Jina's attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were impressive, and she helped us choose the perfect dishes for our meal. Jimmy, on the other hand, ensured that my dining experience was seamless, and he was always ready with a friendly recommendation or a refill of my drink.

Not only was the service top-notch, but the food was delicious as well. Thanks to Rad Jina's recommendations, I tried some incredible dishes that I wouldn't have discovered on my own.

Overall, my visit to Zaatar W Zeit was made truly special by Rad Jina and Jimmy's exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and I left with full stomachs and smiles on my face. Apologies for writing a long post. We are regulars at Zaatar w Zet in general, however we have experienced an unfortunate food poisoning incident at the branch in Festival Plaza, most likely due to the conditions of the mayo-based sauce in tawook and chicken light wraps.

We had a family lunch of 5 people at the restaurant, three of us shared tawook wraps and chicken light wraps, and within few hours all three have had severe cases of vomiting all night long, having to be treated with medication, probiotics and hydration medicine. The other two who did not eat chicken or mayo sauces were OK. Given that the weather is hot these days, and this branch has a lower footfall than other branches, I would advise you to be careful what you order there, or skip this branch altogether.
