Bannu Mazigar Beef Pulao — Restaurant in Musaffah

I have been there last night with some friends. Order is too late as there is only one person name Amjad who takes and serves order at table. Food was cold and there was not a single piece of meat in the pulao and we had to call and show him and then after 10 mins he bought 3 pieces only. Not even close to Bannu Beef pulao and it was through one of our friend who suggested lets try this restaurant oresle we would have gone to the actual Bannu Beef Pulao restaurant which is also in Musaffah. Today, I visited Bannu Mazdigar Restaurant, and unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. The staff were slow and inattentive. The Bannu pulao was served cold, giving the impression that it was leftover from lunch. While the rosh was tasty, the portion size was small, and they were unwilling to provide additional gravy. Moreover, the restaurant lacks a feedback system to check whether customers are satisfied with the food and service. I eat alot from around, worst in competition to bannu beef pulaow. Neither proper portion is served and nor quality. On top of that there’s only one waitress, who is serving for everyone.

There’s only one tissue box being used on all the tables.

Hygiene isnt followed at all, a chef making bbq isn’t wearing gloves or a hair net at all.

Surprisingly my BBQ was cooked by 4 different chef’s and still tasted the worse...
