Chie Restaurant — Restaurant in Sharjah

I’ve been visiting HOW since a very long time but just today I visited the restaurant as I needed a table for an urgent meeting online . There was a vacant table inside but I was told it’s only for dining , I agreed on a coffee and that I was in a rush , but I was offered a table outside and told by cherry the supervisor if I could bear the heat ? Despite knowing I was in a hurry and it was very hot outside . And then when I expressed my disappointment, she comes and asks how’s it outside ? She could see I was sweating seeing there were vacant tables by now inside . Wouldn’t hurt to let me use by buying something ofcourse for an hour only . Absolutely disappointing.

And once I was served the coffee , I asked the waiter if the table be wiped as it was dusty but the waiter asked me to change the table and the tables had already been wiped earlier during the day ? I smiled and asked if it was okay that it be wiped again . Rudely said by waiter , okayyy. And surprisingly nobody came for the next 15 minutes and was left unattended . Very disappointing again .

Emmanuel was sweet and apologized on others behalf when it wasn’t his fault even .

In conclusion , the supervisor cherry said they have the best coffee but nobody cares about the coffee as the first thing you serve is with your customer service which is just horrible . Despite all this I was asked to visit again . For what ? For making me sit in the heat when all they could do is help me for a few minutes by alotting me a table as I was in rush for my meeting online . Customer service comes first then comes the fancy coffees and the revenue...

Attentive Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff is exceptionally attentive, perhaps bordering on discomfort. However, their efforts to accommodate preferences and the personalized touch, like a customized message on the tiramisu for our anniversary, add a special touch.

Culinary Delights: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The ever-changing menu showcases culinary delights, with standouts like beef tacos, truffle pasta, and Creamy Chicken Vol-au-Vent reaching exceptional levels of taste.

I had an amazing experience at Chie Restaurant located in Al Juraina Wisdom, Sharjah. The ambiance is peaceful and modern, perfect for a relaxing meal. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout.

Now let’s talk about the food – absolutely delicious!

Dynamite Shrimp – AED 44.10 Crispy and flavorful, with the perfect spicy kick in the creamy sauce.

Beef Bolognaise – AED 71.40 Rich and hearty Wagyu beef ragu served with spaghettini – comfort food at its best.

Truffle Fries – AED 59.85 A must-try! Crispy fries with truffle seasoning and Parmigiano Reggiano on top.

Truffle Wagyu Burger – AED 131.00 Juicy and packed with flavor, especially if you love burgers with a gourmet twist.
