Nestled in the heart of Sharjah, Caya is a delightful spot that feels like a hidden gem. From the moment we walked in, the airy ambiance and inviting decor promised a relaxing dining experience. The restaurant’s minimalist design, with a touch of greenery and natural elements, creates a tranquil setting that feels both modern and homely.

Our dining experience began with the warm hospitality of the staff, especially Phyo and Amin, who were attentive and genuine in their service. Phyo greeted us with a friendly smile and provided thoughtful recommendations on the menu, making sure we were well taken care of.

We started with the Mediterranean Halloumi, which arrived sizzling hot and perfectly golden. Each bite was a mix of savory and slightly salty flavors, complemented by fresh herbs and a dash of lemon that added a pleasant zing. The halloumi was beautifully balanced – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just as it should be.

Next, we moved on to the Shakshuka, a classic Mediterranean dish that was both hearty and bursting with flavor. The sauce was rich, with ripe tomatoes and a delicate blend of spices that paired wonderfully with the perfectly poached eggs. Amin was quick to ensure we had extra bread on hand to scoop up every last bit of the delicious sauce – a thoughtful touch that made the meal feel like a personal experience.

Overall, Caya in Sharjah delivers on all fronts. Between the warm service from Phyo and Amin and the skillfully crafted dishes, it’s a spot that leaves a lasting impression. If you are looking for the perfect restaurant for a breakfast, lunch or dinner or even just a coffee, this is the place to go! It is very cosy and inviting, the decoration, the vibe and the atmosphere is just perfect, indoor and outdoor, perfect all around. The staff are super super friendly and make you feel so welcomed, everyone is there to help out during your time in the restaurant. The seatings are so comfortable, lights are perfectly balanced (not too bright and not too dim) you just dont want to leave this place! The restaurant is perfectly positioned away from all the traffic and crowded places, they have their own parking lot, vast grass area around the restaurant, two big kids play areas right next to the restaurant. It is a very cosy place to be. It is family friendly. Now let’s talk about the food, 100/100 we had various dishes from various cuisines. There are so many to choose from. Honestly, it is the best! So flavorful and so delicious! The best part is, everything is FRESH, we were mind blown, you can literally taste the freshness in their food. Unique taste, very delicious! Their coffee and desserts are amazing. Their prices are very reasonable i was amazed. Plus they do have discounts for Esaad and Fazaa cards. Their staff are very professional and super friendly, always ready to help, you will get 5 star treatment there! Their suggestions were perfect. I am writing this review upon my second visit. There are many restaurants in sharjah but none come close to this in terms of genuinely delicious food and ambiance. This has easily become my favorite spot in Sharjah and I almost always crave it the next day. Don’t think I have ever given a restaurant a full 5 stars but honestly they did not disappoint in any aspect. The caccio e peppe, calamari and it’s one of a kind sauce, the truffle ravioli!!! So much thought and effort has been put into every dish with extremely flavorful yet never overwhelming ingredients. I loved the idea of truffle caviar made especially by them. The feta mousse in the watermelon salad. Each dish has a special twist that does not disappoint. The staff is very attentive to detail and ensure all is well all the time. Special and many many thanks to the amazing Atab who has consistently made sure we had a great time perfecting everything and the complimentary rose-berry cheesecake!
