Me and my partner ordered a chicken tikka masala starter, order came and the containers had ripped through the bag due to the grease, only to end up with salad and chicken in no sauce, 4 Pieces! No mention of salad being in the order and no option for rice or salad, 2 of those for £13! And when we reported it only to be told to wait so they send someone down to check it, so I sent a photo of the order and the mess it had made to the shop and got told it was perfectly fine, bearing in mind I’ve had this exact order before and it’s never came like this. and had a load of cheek given to me from Glaswegian “owner” saying I was being “unappreciative and they work hard” all because I had sent them the photo PERSONALLY on Facebook, after them saying I posted it. So in conclusion, rude staff, rude manager, no online choice or personalisation or even a discription of online orders!! Went here tonight for my first takeaway after just moving to aberdeen and honestly couldn't fault the service, my daughter has specific requirements due to not being able to have sauce and where we lived before we would get a pizza with garlic butter and cheese on top and BFF didnt sell this so I asked if they would be able to make this. They were very happy to do so and it was the best one my daughter has ever had so thank you for you very much. We had 2 doner kebabs which were absolutely lovely large portions and chilli sauce very very nice. Chips tasted so nice and fresh crunchy on the outside lovely and soft inside, chicken pakora was nice thier was just a small piece that was a wee bit dry. Black pudding supper and king rib supper purchased. Unedable chips were soggy obviously been lying for some time . Small portions even sauce couldn't improve the taste would give them zero . My friend ate his black pudding I didn't eat any of mine one taste and spat it out. Never again. Reply if that is your response too customers reviews no wonder the only people responding give positive reviews Barr one who mentions how rude you are . With regards too my king rib supper as pictured I had one chip . So yes that was the portion size .
