Read moreI want to love this place. I used to live local and always enjoyed a meal here. However I've been so disappointed the last three times. First visit we reserved a table, but we were told there was no steaks, chicken, salad, or cheese left, we were looking forward to a mixed grill and steaks so I called another restaurant, the Brig o Don, to make sure they had food and headed there. Portion sizes are generous, quality is exceptional, piping hot when it reaches the table (well, apart from the sundaes, obvs!) and you're given all the time you need. No one rushing you on, just there to let you have a good time. You really need to stop reading this and get down there to discover it for...
