We were all very tired after a bad night so decided to get the little ones bathed early and order pizza. Placed an order and as usual added on extra to make it up to the delivery threshold (because going out for food at bedtime with a toddler and a baby would completely defeat the purpose of getting takeaway).
Husband watching the tracker with baited breath comes through and tells me it's ready for collection. Disaster! Never mind, I'll phone them and explain the error, we qualified for free delivery so it shouldn't be an issue. Nope, delivery is impossible, absolutely nothing they can do. No explanation, just not possible.
They're already dead to me but we've paid and we want to eat, plus it's only a few minutes along the road. Husband heads out, baby immediately wakes up and starts crying, toddler shouting to get out of the bath. Husband messages to say not only is the order not ready, it's not even in the oven yet. Turns out they forgot to make half of it.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Tried to order pizza in 3 different locations. All was clearly not bothered about delivering at 9pm despite saying they were open till 11pm. Made excuse I was in wrong area of Aberdeen. When complained I was laughed at over phone and made to feel foolish. I asked for names but was refused. I asked to speak to manager and they refused his details. Altogether I cannot believe the negative, unhelpful and frankly insulting attitude of all. We live 30 miles away and have had a loved one in Hospital, we tried here one night and WOW!!! Went back again and the same our niece even told her parents it's the best pizza she had ever had !!!!!! Also when we walk in the door and order the staff take the order and immediately wash their hands where you can see them and go straight to cooking your order you can see everything our niece was mesmerised I'm gutted I never got the names of the workers although I would say they are possibly the franchise holders as they could not be faulted and food was 10/10 and so was...
