Beach's Bakery — Restaurant in Amber Valley

I have used Eat your photo on several occasions and have always been happy with their quality and reliability.

I ordered some cakes to be delivered for a party to celebrate my late father's life. My credit card was processed and I received confirmation but no cakes.

Their telephone goes straight to voicemail but their mailbox is always full and so could not leave a message. I sent an email and was told they would contact DPD and come back to me. Despite me chasing several times, no response was received.

As much as I love their cakes, I cannot use or recommend Eat your Photo again due to their lack of customer care and the uncertainty as to whether the cake will arrive. They do not answer the phone and the only form of contact is via email. To not have the courtesy of a reply and to be let down is rude and unacceptable.

My advice is to try and make contact with them before placing your order or you may be let down...

Thought I would leave a recent review for beach's bakery absolutely made up with the birthday cake arrived by courrier on time , the vanilla cake as stated I didn't know if had jam and buttercream in as wasn't very clear but it did and cake tastes lovely very moist as well would highly recommend...

Superb quality - edible photograph for cake decoration. Matched our image perfectly. Very good price and very easy to order from well laid out and easy to use web site. Highly recommended. Very rarely write reviews but very happy to do so...
