Domino's Pizza - Littlehampton — Restaurant in Arun

Poor service Called up this evening at Domino’s Littlehampton (around 10pm) as dominos has always been a favourite!.. and asked if they were still doing doing two for Tuesday and I could already tell from how the young guy on the phone was talking .... he clearly had enough this evening and wasn’t interested in taking our order. We asked if they were delivering to Arundel and he went on to say with. A lot of hesitation “not anymore tonight?!?” Ok.... fair enough... we asked if we could come and collect but use their address to still get the deal ( a little cheeky, but 2 other local pizza places had no problem with this) he again made it clear this was not possible option... so thanks guys, no dominos. It’s okey we’ll collect from another branch...

I ordered two pizzas in the early evening/late afternoon for collection. When I got home I noticed my pizza was practically raw. The dough in the center was mushy and barely cooked. When I called up to enquire about this, the staff gave a half bothered attempt to make it up to me by offering a coupon rather than replacing my dinner as it was too inconvenient for them. They also refused to replace the pizza if I had eaten any of it, which I clearly hadn’t as it was not edible. Also, on the other pizza which thankfully was edible, I ordered stuffed crust and recieved regular crust but was charged for the stuffed crust I never received....

I have never been a fan of Domino's but I ordered because the children like it. The order did arrive on time and was hot, that is where the good points end.

I have to be honest, this is hands down the worst (takeaway) pizza I have eaten in my entire life. The base was soggy, the cheese was non existant, it just tasted of the sauce, the pizza wasn't even cut properly and I'm upset that I wasted £40.
