Great micropub with a fantastic atmosphere and craic. Had a pint of Devils Horse vy Grasshopper which is a great stout ifnit's on. The owner was vringing more in when I was there so it must be alright! Would tecommend to abyone in the area looking for a beer.

As a regular in the Squire's sister pub, decided it was an overdue visit. Not disappointed. Similar ales on the hand pumps to what we get at the Byrons Rest, back of the bar displaying its range of gins etc. Bar tables having bowls of snacks etc and James, new "boss" behind the bar, kindly brought out pork pie for our group to nibble on with the excellent pint. Definitely on the list for returning to on our next adventure in that neck...

Really nice pub with really friendly people and staff, i come in here myself alot after work and never expect much just a pint in peace but everyone very friendly and community. The low reviews are clearly moaners as its best pub in UK...
