I ordered a chicken salad cob for lunch yesterday. What arrived was warm, which is fine, until you remember there's salad on there... I asked for a brown cob (an alien concept at this place) but received white instead. The salad was sparse and wilted: a couple of small leaves (bagged salad, you know the kind), two and a half slices of tomato, a couple of pieces of cucumber and four bits of red onion - not a lot for a cob the size of a small baby. The chicken itself was lovely though, the saving grace really, a tikka flavour I really enjoyed, but there just wasn't enough - the chicken-to-bread ratio was way out so I ate the chicken and salad and binned the bread. If you like white bread you're quids in, just ask for extra filling. However, if there's an option for just the meat, in a box or with a decent salad, I'd go for that. All in all a...

Went this morning but unfortunately I had to take my kids with me (3 girls ages 6, 7 and 9) waited outside for around half hour outside tobe told after placing my order that the kids wasnt welcome in the shop with me by I believe he was called adrian even though a family of 2 came out for us to enter whilst another customer was already in I was told the max of 2 customers at one time so I offered to wait out side untill the customer had left but this wasnt good enough, the reason I had to take the kids is my partner had been on nights as she is a keyworker I myself work monday to friday as a lorry driver and this was the only time I can go the staff on the counter are brilliant and can't fault them but maybe this could have been handled differently good luck to all the single parents out there who have no choice with taking the kids...

Ordered a few times. We ordered gluten free sausage meat and it was not made, we asked it to be sent with the rest of the order, they didn't send it. Online prices are different to those in the shop it says 4 chicken breasts 5 pound we were charged 7.62! staff were unbelievably unhelpful and rude told us to call back and handed us fresh chicken in a plastic bag not sealed, Other issues were dates on meat removed on one of the occasions! We did have the BBQ pack and it was amazing, good quality and value but these issues let the place down and I am really dubious about reordering which is...
