They are rude ,, they threatened me knowing my address 😤 police have been contacted, They have refused to refund me ! Reason for disagreement?? Because we asked for our sauce to be in a pot as apposed to directly on the meal as we was sharing it and one of my children have an allegy ,, however the rest of the family enjoy sauce,, We did ask for 2 ,, but after loads of threatening behaviour and the man reminded me "HE KNOWS WHERE I LIVE "

in the last bit of convoy I has with him he said he was annoyed I ordered 2 pots ?? ( that's fine tell me I can't have 2 and il choose one ,, that's no probl3m ,, but he never told me that ,, The phone call started off irate and finished in myself being refused and refund and threatened!!!

We usually order here and everything is okay, therefore we have decided to order for our new years eve. The order was £109 and the order number is 1000152. The food was scheduled to come at 8pm, however it came 4 hours early. This is unacceptable because my husband was not back from work yet, but we had to start new years eve dinner early and without him. Not only the food came 4 hours early, but it also came COLD. The chips luke-warm, dry, the pizza was already cold, had to microwave it. The only thing that was somewhat warm was rhe fish and chips but thats about it. All of the food had to be microwaved and tastes very BAD. Our new years eve was RUINED, therefore we did not contact you on the same evening because our mood was already bad. Ordered meat+chips but asked for them to be in separate boxes, apparently this was a problem, the guy rung me ranting and raving how if that's what I wanted I should've chose them separately, clearly he had a problem with me saving money, he said: "I do one time, but I promise you I won't next time" , well if that's how you want to be I won't bother ordering again from you, as you seem to be the only kebab in Ashford with a problem in supplying my food how I asked, at least your delivery driver was nice and pleasant!

Oh and the food was no where near as nice as many of the others in Ashford, chips where burnt and very poor quality I'd steer clear of this place if you would like...
