Where do i start but to say this place has the worst Customer Service EVER STAY AWAY!

Just the most awful experiance we have ever had. Last night the food arrived on time but and i say BUT we ordered 3 Currys for 3 people 3 rice, 2 Nanns, mushroom dish, 2 bags of onion bhajis plus 2 garlic tubs. That must have weighed loads in one tiny PLASTIC Bag rubbish cheap bag plus a paper Bag with the curry being at the bottom which is the hottest, my partner has walk to his dads kitchen table this being 2 secs from the front door and near our two children who are 2 & 6 years old and after taking the extremley HEAVY bag off the delivery driver & with no indication that this had already split over while being delivered to us this bag has split in half due to how boiling HOT & over filled the bag was all over my Partners jeans burning through to his lower leg and Scolding it so bad that its blistered about 4 inches of his lower leg and the curry burnt THROUGH his jeans onto his skin.

Please make sure if you have a take away from this PLACE Do not take the bag off them if its over filled we would not want this happening to any one else this has been the worst experiance of take away ever and the most appalling Customer Service we have ever had...

AVOID THIS PLACE. There was a big piece of plastic in the lamb curry. Took me almost a week to get in touch with the manager Khan. And that was only because I kept on calling every day. He didn't seem very interested in what I had to say and gave me lots of excuses as to why he didn't call me back to sort this issue out. Only after I mentioned that no one had bothered to take responsibility and apologise is when he apologised (which was half hearted at best). He also didn't talk about compensation till I prompted him. After a week of grief and annoyance, I've only got money back for the curry and that's about it. Extremely disappointed and angry with this kind of customer service considering that I've been a loyal customer for many years. Although I must say that the quality of the food has declined a lot under Khan's management so I guess this was the final nail in the coffin. Certainly won't be ordering from...

Apparently you don't get the 10% discount offered on their menu for collection on set meals, because they're already discounted. (Illegal) Well I'm not sure that they're discounted but they are certainly reduced in size.. the one small bag of salad with a set meal for 4! The starters were all about 1/2 the size of when we just order off the menu. The mains pretty much the same. Actually completely embarrassed that i've ordered this for friends. Worst takeaway meal for a very very long time. The attitude on the phone was a load of excuses.. they did send some extra salad round, but by then we'd finished the microscopic portions of starters, which would have barely served two well...
