KFC Sudbury - Northern Road — Restaurant in Babergh

Took my twin boys here for a quick spot of lunch, however I changed my mind shortly after entering. All 3 of us skidded, slipped and slide across the absolutely filthy floor. It was thick with grease and not only dangerous but a health hazard too. We went to the toilets, 2 of the 3 are closed. Whilst waitingI could see into the kitchenand food preparationarea,, I saw a female member of staff dropped a handful of ketchup sachets on the filthy floor then promptly pick them up returning them to the tray. These are now contaminated with whatever anyone else had trodden in. We had to use the disabled toilet which were filthy too, a member of their delivery team who just left it decided it was ok to urinate over the seat, not flush nor wash his hands. At this point I decided to leave and go elsewhere. It is clear this restaurant does not follow any health and safety policies and I've no doubt would fail any unannounced inspection. This would get zero stars...

Attempted to purchase some food from the drive thru, complete waste of time!, I Quedgeley for 20mins to be told that both the milkshake machine and coffee machines were out of order, the person taking the order did not know what a zinger supercharger box meal was, I finally placed my order and proceeded to the payment window only to be rudely told that they didn't have enough cash in the till to give me any change, I did not have my bank card on me so had to leave it, then I thought that if they not intelligent enough to keep the till full of change and the drinks machines operational then I doubt they are capable of frying some chicken!, then I remembered who owns the kfc franchise, says it all really! I just feel sorry for the next person that ends up eating my 35 quid un picked re heated order, never again will I waste my time...

I placed my order at 5:04 this evening.Order number 1038. Two 8 piece mini fillets, 4 fries, and a fillet burger. Since when have KFC been showing prices less vat?. Anyway at 17:36 having witnessed people using the self serve place their order and get it before me I asked to speak to the manager. I pointed out that I had been waiting over half an hour for my food and he said yes its on its way and took my receipt around the back and a few more minutes later I had two bags near enough shoved in my face and was told heres your order. I was stunned. All I could say was, "Is that it no sorry you had to wait so long". Nothing, and as he could not face me, he turned his back and fiddled with the condiments. I then left via the fire door, just in case KFC wanted to check the cctv to vetafie my account. How do you think I enjoyed my KFC...
