Disorganized. I waited almost 45 minutes to get a my BEST sandwich!! I could have walked to the nearest shop, purchased the ingredients, walked home and cooked the sandwich myself and it would have been quicker. Not to mention the fact that they gave me the wrong sandwich which meant that I had to wait another 10 minutes for a fresh one to be prepared! Fair to say I will not be...
