Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Basingstoke and Deane

I always go to Costa when i want a coffee and this is the first costa where I have had a bad experience. I am guessing the issue is one of staff laziness. We said we were eating in but wete told we had to have food out of paper bags and drinks in takeaway cups. I can only presume this is to save the staff from washing up. I've always enjoyed stopping off for coffee at this Costa......until this morning when the coffee had an unnatural taste and smell. Worst Iced Mocha ever. I was first offered iced milk and espresso, I reminded the staff about the Coco powder who then poured the coffee back into the blender and added a few scoops of Coco, who then took the drink to the back and came back out.
