Greggs — Restaurant in Basingstoke and Deane

This Greggs is the worst I’ve been to, unfortunately its my closest local store. Every other Greggs give a Heinz Sweet Chilli dip with sausages and pizza without hesitation, some even have them on display for customers to take as they like. Here, couple of morning staff flat out refuse and give no proper reason. The attitude is dismissive and unfriendly, and it feels like they make up their own rules. I have gone through the policy and there is no mention of refusing dips as its a complimentary product. As a regular customer, I find this totally unacceptable. If all Greggs across UK can provide a consistent service, there is no excuse for this one. Purchased two festive drinks, mint hot chic and salted caramel latte - no cream or sprinkles as seen in the advertising material. Charged the full amount without any mention or offer of a reduced price. I challenged the server who said they are festive drinks but without the cream. Still no offer of a reduced price. You know what saw the line at Gregg ls and it kinda turned me off however I was dying for a bangin pizza I saw them in the oven drooling. This place is full line out the door people getting aggy however one member of staff a young man PAT!
