Absolutely a pleasure to go into. As I'm in the park everyday with my daughter and friends. It has the most amazing staff. ITA is the loveliest Lady, not sure if I've spelt her name right. She is so pleasent, and very helpful, and has the most beautiful personality. Tho there are times she could do with more help, especially when bus loads arrive in. I definitely think she is over worked, but hopefully she is not underpaid, as she is worth her weight in gold. Thomas is a lovely Lad, very polite, and seems to respect ITA, and work well with her. Read moreGreat location and the coffee has always been good. My last experience was not so nice though. I walked through the open front door last Sunday at about 420. There were lots of people sitting at the tables outside so I assumed - wrongly - that the cafe was open. As I attempted to use the empty sanitiser station at the inner door someone called out loudly that they were closed. A second person called out the same thing. Then that person came to the door to again tell me that they were closed. All in the space of about 10 seconds. It just wasn't handled in a friendly manner at all. The fry was excellent, with each element cooked perfectly. I opted for the Cajun chicken panini, which was tasty, though I felt it could have had a bit more chicken. To top it off, I ordered a children’s portion of sausage and chips, which was absolutely delicious.
