Pizza Marinos — Restaurant in Birmingham

As a first time customer I've ordered the food on Uber eats. Ordered kebab doner and arrived with no sauces. Called the shop and asked wheres the sauces. A young lad answered and explained me that I need to add a comment or call them to let them know if I need sauces. I then checked on Uber eats, it doesn't mention that it doesn't come with sauces or add a comment if you want sauces. Called the shop again to change things on the website for first time customer. That kid was very unprofessional and defensive! Not willing to hear customer feedback. His response was we don't get any new customers and our regular customers knows what to order. Please get rid of that youngster who's answering the phone! Kid has no manners, no patience and is not suitable for that job! You will lose customers if that youngster is still...

Disgraceful of takeaway place

I allways order from here an ever time i use my bank card when they run it on first machine they say its incorrect when i read my card number out but the funny thing is i have my card in front of me then i ask to run it threw the other machine like they allways do then it works somethink doesnt seem right to me

The guy i just spoke to couldnt understand when i read out my number he was consalty saying the number was wrong he wasnt listing was doing other things on the phone

Needs better training or better staff got me really mad as i allways have this problem an my card is fully working an i have used my card number on my bank...

We ordered on Uber Eats tonight after a really poor experience from Dominos in Cotteridge last week. One click later (and £35 lighter) supposedly using Uber's 25% offer - I would not have spent £35 on pizza after a single click - but it was too late to cancel. It's ten quid more than we would usually pay - but now we have two XL pizzas we can't eat if you fancy it.
