Booked a table for 6 people for 6pm a week in advance for my birthday. However, at 5:15pm on the evening of the meal, I had a call to say they had a booking for 7:30 and do they think we would all have finished by then. I told them that I wasn’t informed at the time of booking that there was a time limit , if I had I’d have booked elsewhere. Having been here on many occasions, the food didn’t disappoint. It was flavoursome and we all enjoyed it. The tables are set up really well with screens around each one to deal with covid which was another reason for me booking as there were two nurses with us. We ordered a jug of tap water and were served a large glass each with berries and a sprig of mint. Another glass for each of us was sent to our table during our meal which we didn’t need but we thought they were just being hospitable and keeping us hydrated. However, when the bill came, we realised that we had been charged 50p per glass! We didn’t dispute it because we’d had a lovely meal in a safe environment, but I do think it’s something people should be aware of as I’ve never been charged for tap water before- and it definitely was tap water. I’m very aware of businesses needing to survive in these difficult times, but perhaps bringing tap water to your table when it hasn’t been ordered and then charging you for it is a bit cheeky. I’d definitely return for a meal as the food...

Exceptional. This restaurant truly is an experience. From the second we are greeted at the door to the minute we leave. Our party consisted of 2 kids and 3 adults. Despite not celebrating anything at our meal the same effort is put in as though it is a birthday or anniversary. From remembering small details of seats we like near a statue our boys are obsessed with, to continuing the same rapport as though no time has passed since our last visit. The staff go above and beyond for guests, they were happy to provide the kids with a history of the statue and why it was so inspirational. They consistently made an active effort to incentivise the children finishing their meal by interacting with them and providing a colouring book. This is just a reflection of the superb customer service as the food speaks for itself. Both staff and the chef personalised our dishes to our own taste preferences and as always provided some of the best indian food i have eaten out in any restaurant. Excellent value for money. I live in london and this restaurant really is a treasure i am willing to travel for and easily measures up to the likes of top london restaurants like kutir and dishoom. Cannot recommend enough and will be ensuring regular visits to...

Priya Curry House on Clarence Road is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and full of life. The staff are incredibly welcoming, and Abdul, in particular, goes above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable – his magic tricks are a delightful surprise that rhe kids loved add a unique and fun twist to the evening.

The food? Simply divine! The curries are packed with authentic flavors, cooked to perfection, and leave you wanting more. To top it off, they serve free appetizers, a thoughtful touch that makes you feel truly valued as a guest.

Priya Curry House is more than just a meal out – it’s an experience. Whether you’re a curry connoisseur or just looking for a great night out, this place delivers on every front. Highly...

It sounds like paul Bhai and his team have put their heart and soul into creating an amazing spot for Bangladeshi and in indian food in Sutton coldfield! It’s fantastic to hear that they focus on making every visit memorable for customers, with paul Bhai’s dedication and the chef’s skills shining through. Their hard work and passion must make their restaurant a standout place, where people can not only enjoy authentic flavors but also feel the warmth of a welcoming environment. Hats off to paul Bhai, the chef, and the entire team—may their success continue to grow, and may they keep serving delicious food that brings a taste of Bangladesh to Birmingham! Keep it up, everyone! Love from♥️ Koyes ahmed India Red hendsford

I visited this Indian restaurant with my family and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The food was incredibly flavorful, authentic, and served fresh — every dish we tried was delicious. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service. The staff was warm, attentive, and made sure we felt welcomed throughout the entire meal. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and hospitality are this exceptional. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back!
