Omg is the only way to express how bad this was. Like Weatherspoons with music, couldn't hear your self speak, like a kindergarden with lots of drunk people. 5 of us ordered, 4 meals wrong having to wait for them to change it, wouldn't mind, but we were the only ones eating. So many things on the menu was not available, told delivery was next day and shortage was due to vouchers being offered. the poor bar staff who were brilliant having to do the kids pudding after us asking twice, waiting a hour for it, as the chef couldn't be bothered, said bar staff to busy drinking with customers., it was that bad we were offered free drinks or money back., we chose to have a drink each and was told to wait until the que went down a bit, after half hour the kids went to ask how long the drinks would be, when i was shocked to see my 11 yr old grandson and 10 yr old grandaughter walking back from the bar with a glass of wine and a carling in there hands that the barmaid gave them to bring to the table.safe to say won't be going back and would not recommend, one of the worst...

Pre booked for a large group. On arrival there were already other customers eating in the middle of the reserved area. No highchair had been provided and no provision made to accommodate a wheelchair. Condiments were mostly empty or missing so had to be taken from other nearby sparsely equipped tables 14 of the 18 meals were awful. Items missing from some, incorrect orders, undercooked veg, soggy roast potatoes, poor quality meats. Mixed grills described as "worst ever had" Staff were not exactly friendly or helpful. No one came to ask if everything was ok or do standard table checks Tables were left uncleared even after requests for plates etc to be taken away. Even then only partially cleared Preordered desserts were not brought out despite several requests I will definitely NOT be eating in the place again and neither would I recommend this place to anyone.
