Wah Hung — Restaurant in Birmingham

We have been using this place for years, its one of the better places we have found, but the 1 star is for service. We ordered chicken curry with no onions, . my husband doesnt like them, and i cant eat them. Rice and chips. Got home, and it was with onions. Called shop who agreed to replace the order, 40 minute round trip to exchange and a wait whilst order was made. . However, they refused to replace the full order, just the curry. You cant reheat rice, and the chips had gone cold. Luckily i had some microwave rice, and threw the chips away. 11.25 for the inconvenience and half the order was no good. Same happened again, they denied it this time, said i hadnt asked, but we have the recording of the conversation on dashcam. My husband had gone out, i dont drive. So was given the option of delivery, but even though it was their fault, i would have to pay deluvery charge. And there would be a wait as they were busy. Again they were only replacing the curry. Chips and rice by this point were no good. So i asked for a refund. I would only get a refund on the curry as the rice was correct. They thought a bowl of rice was an acceptable meal so wouldnt refund! A joke. We have been using this place as a family since i was a child. Im now 44. Shame really, as i say, 1 of the better places for food. But total disregard for customers when THEY get the order wrong. They did agree to a full refund in the end, after a lot of discussion, but I havent been able to get there. Needless to say, i will cut my losses and just...

Absolutely shocking. 30 minutes late for delivery which at the time of year and under the circumstances is absolutely fine

BUT the food arrived stone cold. It has literally been sat on their counter for who knows how long... breeding bacteria and then delivered to us so that we can pay the £2 delivery for the pleasure of microwaving our food.

Don't cook your food till your driver is ready to go and when I call to ask where my food is dont tell me its on the counter waiting for a driver only to deliver it 30 minutes later...

On top of that the portion sizes are like ww2 rations. Go to Iceland and microwave your own portions because at least there the staff are pleasant and you don't simon patronising you trying to defend himself and his shoddy food.

first chinese restaurant i went into after moving into the area. On the menu had something i wasnt familiar with so i asked the receptionist to call the chef just to ask as i didnt see the description of what it was. He was rude to his receptionist because she didnt no and showed me where the description was on the menu was. He was rude and eneded up in me saying im going somewhere else. He put me off the food as he kept saying if i go china town, the duck and meat you see hanging on the window is what the thing was i didnt no on the menu.
