When I approached this magnificent building I was unsure what to expect, what I got was out of this world. We got a glimpse into the practice of flame grilling or backdraft-ing. It involves using a plumbers putty called trictochlorate, it can burn for long periods with little to no oxygen. Then you open a door to ventilate it and whoosh! Cosgrove, Holcombe and Seagrave are toast! Whilst waiting for your food, two brothers will Duke it out to see who's the best firefighter 🚒, one of them will boink Rebecca demornay and one will boink Jennifer Jason leigh atop a fire engine!!! Also at some point a mannequin will be rescued from a textile factory in downtown Chicago!!!! All this while you wait for your flame grilled burger 🍔. You will also encounter a dodgy mayor or alderman and a salty old fire investigator called Don rimgale. But the best is Ronald, who in fairness would like to flame grill the world 🌎 🔥. NEVER EVER leave the drive thru window before checking your order. For ages everything my spouse brought back was ice cold even though it is only a 2 minute drive away. Came to find out that the spouse was parking up to check order and then going back to collect the missed out items. And they always miss out items. Doesn't seem to matter who is working the window as everyone we've delt with gets it wrong. The problem would not exist if management insisted that window workers physically with a pen ticked off the items on receipt but efficiency and accuracy are not a priority for this location.
