Absolute shambles. I order a coffee and 2 cold drinks out of the fridge around 7.45 am. I normally use the drive through and there's always a hold up. The other week , as I drove up to the window the lady serving didn't say anything to me when I drove up and immediately walked off so I assumed she went to get my order. 6 minutes later when she reappeared ,I was still waiting and had to shout out of the car if everything was OK, to which she replied quite rudely give me 1 minute. There was a guy I could see making the hot drinks and they were piling up. Meanwhile she was sorting out someone else's order inside even though there was other staff there and 2 customers inside...14 minutes later I got my order. No apology and when I asked her what the delay was she gave a sarcy reply and apology whilst she seemed to be laughing at me. Never experienced anything like this before. By this time there was a 15 car queue, most people stuck in the drive thru not able to get out. Safe to say I won't be using this...

6 staff working behind the counter and still took almost 10 minutes for my drink to come.
Iām stood in my emergency services uniform and politely asked if I could use my Blue Light Card. Due to terrible signal in there, the guy on the counter made me login into the WiFi which took a good 5 minutes to get onto the Blue Light app to show him my card. I understand people could be faking working for emergency services but Iāve been in there multiple times now and in full uniform. Finally takes my order, gets it wrong and gives me a medium coffee in a large takeaway cup after letting them know I was staying in. I then ask them if I could have a large coffee instead, the girl with short dark hair and glasses then snatches the cup off my with no words and walks away. Then brings out a new coffee, slams it on the table as if Iād asked for something extremely inconvenient and walks away huffing and puffing.

They started having a conversation between themselves and on their phones, very rude. Continued with my order. Which 3x I said I was staying in (wasnāt listening as clearly the conversation with worker was more important) then was handed it all in take away, no milk in brew, no chocolate on baby chino, fruit toast was handed off cold. (And at this point I was the only one in the queue and order to fullfill) Just a really poor experience. This is my second try here, and itās just awful service. I use to work in a Starbucks and itās awful to see how this place is run. The amount of poor reviews. I think you need to look into staffing and management at this one, how many things go wrong daily with peoples...
