Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Borough of Fylde

Overly expensive and the people from the drive through get served before the people in the queue. Also, they display three prices for each coffee. One presumes they are small medium and large. When ordering a large they charge more than the highest price on the menu boards. When I questioned they told me the prices were for "child's size", small, and medium, and that they did not display the price for a large. Sounded like a proper con to me. Apparently a £4 latte on the menu is a medium ams a large is £4.35. Utter rubbish and the staff are rude too. When I questioned the pricing I was told " we don't make the prices, we serve the coffee. You got it wrong. Do you want your coffee or what?" And I'd have said no, for being so rude but I had ordered one for my missus who was sat in the car waiting. Absolute disgraceful way of treating gold member customers. I use Starbucks stores 5 times a week and I have visited Starbucks all over the world, but this particular store has many times got my drink wrong and poorly made my coffee, but more of problem, they overcharged me. I have overlooked the overcharges on many occasions in the past as it was only £2 per visit. But I eventually raised my concerns with the area manager, whom explained that this fault was now rectified, so i attended once again only to be told I have been banned from using the store. Clearly this Starbucks is not treating customers correctly, and taking complaints seriously. They simply ban a customer who expresses his feelings. I recommended everyone to avoid this store if they want to be treated with respect. I have been visiting this Starbucks for several years, and throughout this time one member of staff, Hayley, has consistently stood out for her exceptional service.

Hayley is always so friendly and welcoming, and she takes the time to get to know her customers. Her attention to detail and genuine care create a warm and personal experience that makes each visit special. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and on many occasions, if she is able to, my drink is ready before I have even finished paying.

Hayley is a real asset to this branch. While most of the staff are friendly, she truly goes above and beyond, making me feel like a valued customer every time.
