Tony's Pizza & Kebab House — Restaurant in Borough of Rossendale

Placed an order online in the afternoon so that it would arrive as I got home from work. Order two lamb and chicken kebabs (because I really enjoyed them previously) delivery was due at 6pm, still not arrived at 6:30pm, called the shop and they said it would be here in 2 minutes, 25 minutes later the delivery arrived but they had only sent 1 kebab.

Called the shop again and at first was told that 2 fresh kebabs would be sent, then was told 1 kebab will be sent. Hey presto.. when the second delivery came they brought a tray of meat, no naan bread, no kebab, and a garlic bread, called the shop again, angry by this point and was told "we will send a naan bread in ten minutes"........seriously... The first kebab was cold to begin with and now this... Totally ruined meal and bad experience. Not good for a business in...

Food isn't anything special, just another takeaway in town, Ordered a pizza and got the price from the website and ordered on the phone. 16" half and half said 12 quid on the site but when it got here it jumped up to 20 quid. So we phoned them they didn't seem too bothered, they said "we'll give you 8 pound off next time you order" which I doubt very much with the greedy and braindead practices they use. No good customer service they only want your money and not to satisfy the customer. Even got told down the phone I was wrong about the pricing...

I have had takeaways from here many times, the food is delicious! Its always hot, fresh, tasty and I have not found fault with anything I have ordered. I would like to see more vegetarian items on the menu as other takeaways in the area have a greater variety. The kitchen area looks clean however the customer waiting area could do with a lick of tasteful paint. My one big criticism of this place is the frontage.... the tacky pictures in the windows of burgers and kebabs look horrendous, please remove them and the place would look...
