I recently stopped by the Jolly Baker fast food van for a quick bite, and overall, it was a great experience. The lady working there was incredibly hard-working, managing everything efficiently despite being busy. Her friendly attitude and dedication to serving customers were truly commendable.

I ordered a Monster energy drink along with sausages in a roll, and both were satisfying. The sausages were cooked well, with a nice balance of seasoning, and the bread roll was fresh. It was a simple yet tasty meal that hit the spot, especially for a quick snack on the go.

The service was prompt, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained the van appeared. It’s always a plus when a food vendor takes care of hygiene and organization. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food, making it a good value option for a fast and filling meal.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that while the food was enjoyable, there’s always room for a bit more variety or something extra to elevate the experience. Maybe a few additional toppings or condiments for customization would be a nice touch.

poor service for dementia residents of echelforde care home. driver came once and as dementia residents with limited mobility, there was not enough waiting time for him to stay, which was fine we apologized and arranged with the office that he would come back. he never came back, the residents waited on the next occasion for 25 minutes for him. just called after we have had 5 missed rounds and the office said its not worth his time to come here and lied and said he had been 3 times and had to wait 15 minutes. we have cameras and a 24 hour reception, he never came after the first misunderstanding. even after i explained we are working with the elderly to get them out with the community more in a dementia care home, they were not interested in asking him to come back or any other colleagues for that matter. very poor service, discrimination and not interested in serving those in the community who...

Good food but the staff doing the serving are so ignorant and rude especially the young girl with dark hair. They keep you waiting whilst engrossed in conversation with each other which is infuriating when in a hurry to get to work yourself in the morning and the queue could be out the door, not a care given!! Hygiene levels when serving are non existent as well. Sneezing, coughing and then carrying on without washing or sanitation of the hands, and openly talking about being ill whilst handling your food. Handling money with no gloves on and then handling food. I’ve even seen the handling of money whilst wearing the gloves and then handling the food with the same gloves….I mean come on!!!
