Wouldn't usually write a review on a Gregg's but after seeing others had the same problem. Staff in here are rude they dont say hello they don't say thank you all they say is the price. Maybe they don't speak English very well, if that's the case employ someone that does speak English well. Don't expect this kind of service in any place. What happened to when people used to say hello or how can I help even thank you...

Possibly the worst customer service I have seen. They dont engage with you, they ignore you mainly on the phone to what I imagine to be their friend or family. Its a certain type of worker that is always like this. Please fire them and care about your customer. This is...
