Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Borough of Swale

The two girls seemed completely out of there depth unfortunately. They gave food to the wrong person who was honest said it wasn't there's but had touched it before giving it back and then gave it straight to another customer and one couple where waiting just for 3 cakes no drink and waited for a long period of time while the girls struggled finding a cup on the till and just carried in serving customers. It was busy but not manic and they seemed so out of kilter with each other. In front of me was only 3 people and unfortunately I was in the store for nearly 20mins while they worked out what to do. They gave cold drinks without straws and had to cool people back and weren't putting cup protectors on to prevent burning your hands. True shame. I love a starbucks but after this experience I won't rush back to this branch ill just use the rivals coffee machine in...

I don't usually leave bad reviews.. This visit was really below expectations. I ordered one coffee to take away. I saw at least 3 employees. 4 customers, 2 of them happily settled with their beverages. There were dirty cups on nearly every table. A pile of cleaning equipment on the central counter where you can help yourself to sugar etc. I had to wait 5 minutes until someone even took my order. While I was waiting, an elderly gentleman came to the barista to say good bye and thank her for the coffee. She rolled her eyes and said nothing, started whispering with her colleague as soon as he turned his back. I thought this was appallingly rude. I don’t come here often but when I do I usealy have a Iced Vanilla latte Even tho I try so many times to make it sweet it always is so bitter but today I decided to go in and sit in and this Lovely man called Mark served me a drink. He understood what I wanted straight away. He ended up telling me that I’d like this certain drink way better and I trusted him. He made my drink. It was absolutely delicious. My mother-in-law ended up having the same drink which was a toasted vanilla latte. Ended up having a nice chat and he made sure that I enjoyed my drink while I was there
