This rating is specifically regarding Burger King and is not based on the food but the service. It was that bad we did not order food. We called in to the chain on the way back from camping trip as we had packed up early without breakfast. For a change we thought we would try burger King. Entered the restaurant and proceeded to the touch screen order point. It was lacking the full menu abd some of the vegan items were not listed or out of stock. To gain some arity my girlfriend proceeded to the counter and called out to a female member of staff by saying "excuse me" as she didn't respond she called out several times, each time raising her voice until it was loud enough to be heard by the members of the public across the restaurant and for them to look at her like. Read moreFood was great, service was great. Unfortunately everyone was forced to use the self-service ordering touch screens without any hand sanitizer station at the entrance. Their was a sanitising station only at the exit which is too late after you've caught something. This is dangerously unhygienic, what is the management playing at?
I brought this up with a member of staff who was very helpful and explained that they clean them regularly. However this is insufficient and a serious oversight by burger king's management. In my job (construction industry) we have had to ban all communal points of contact such as fingerprint readers, yet burger king are showing total disregard to the health of their customers.

2 members of staff serving, both were not looking like they were rushing despite having 10+ orders on the go. I ordered my food at 19:23, recieved at 19:40 - about a 20 min wait for food. Absolutely ridiculas. No 'normal' mayonnaise either, just spicy mayonnaise. Definately would not recommend. Food stone cold and forgotten cheese on my chicken legend.
2nd Visit October 2022: Nothing has changed! I orded my order at 12:28 and recieved it at 12:58 - 30 mins after ordering! Absolutely ridiculous!
