Restaurant decor was lovely and modern, it was empty except from one other table of 2. We ordered the set menu which seemed great value for £15. The soup took 40 mins to arrive and the starter platter came about half an hour later. The mains arrived luke warm. The service was slow at best but the two girls were just too busy taking phone orders, the phone never stopped ringing and it sounded like George the delivery driver was having a nightmare with wrong orders. Three people then walked in to order take aways evem though there is a separate area at the back of the restaurant for this. After 2 hours we left as we didn't have time to wait for our desserts. This is a bit if a hidden surprise. Previously only had take aways from the O.K but decided on an impromptu sit in meal instead. We were really impressed. Since my last visit to the restaurant side 8 years ago the decor was now modern and attractive.
